Hey everyone! This is one of your contributors of the group!
Now this has come to the attention of us staff members of the group and this journal is to help clear and emphasize the rules submissions that we have on the front of the page. This journal isn't for one specific person but to everyone of the group that submits anything.
- When submitting your artwork, please make sure you submit in the correct and appropriate folder.
-Please make sure that every submission is placed in the correct folder. Everything does not go into the "Feature" folder. From this day forward, any submissions that are placed in the wrong folder shall be denied, unless one of use accidentally accept to the wrong folder then we'll move it ourselves. Otherwise, watch where you submit.
- All images submitted to the gallery must contain Sonic and Amy together as a couple. The main focus of the image should be SonAmy! No single pictures of Sonic or single pictures of Amy will be accepted. Please submit those images to other appropriate groups!
-Sonic and Amy should be the main focus of the drawing. We don't accept any drawings that contain solely Amy or Sonic. If you submit anything that contains only one of the characters, then know that they will be denied. If it's a drawing of Amy hold a Sonic plushy in a loving way for example can be submitted, just to clear some things up.
- When submitting gijinkas, please understand that "gijinka" means "humanized". This folder is for submitting Sonic and Amy pictures when they are represented as humans. Your image will be declined and we will comment that you submit to the correct category.
-Any drawing with Sonic and Amy represented as humans are to be submitted here, not in the "Feature" folder. Cosplay does not fit in this category. Any cosplay pictures can be submitted to that specific folder.
- The Comics folder is for submitting of comic strips featuring Sonic and Amy. Please do not submit more than 3 pages of your comic! This is to prevent spamming the folder and to allow everyone's comics to be viewed. If users are interested, they'll be encouraged to see your gallery to read the rest. (:
-This is pretty much self explanatory. You can submit an SonAmy comic, but nor more than 3 pages. Anything more than that shall be declined of the group, even if the comic goes along with the rest of the club rules. Though we really do enjoy your submissions, we also want to help you get your own watchers rather than letting a deviant depend on the group for more updates on your comic (:
- The Fanfiction folder is for fanfiction! No more than 3 chapters per story! The rest will be declined! This encourages fans to seek out the author's gallery to read more!
- All poetry must be submitted to the poetry folder. (: All written submissions must be in English. Sorry for the inconvenience.
-Just like the comic rule, this is also self explanatory. This really does help keep these folder less cluttered and help you guys gain a watcher.
-Though we are a multiracial group, we only accept written work in English. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring in the future.
Hopefully this can clear up any problem that may turn up in the future. If your art gets denied for any reason, look back at the submission rules and you might find the reason why it was declined in the first place.

Submitting to the Gallery
- Pictures, fanfiction, or poems!
- Finished artwork only!
- By all mean -- no hentai, any form of nudity, yuri, yaoi, bashing, or anything offensive to the club. Keep it within romance, a kiss, cudding, holding hands, hugging, etc. And NOT Sonic and Amy in bed, Sonic between Amy's legs making out with her, hot n' heavy situations, etc. C'mon, this is Sonic and Amy, keep the characters in context. If I feel either characters has been taken too far out of context, I will delete the submission without questioning or warning.
- Keep it focused on SONIC TEAM Sonic the Hedgehog & Amy Rose and the Sonicvers. Using other Sonicverses such as Archie is okay, but will be within reason.
